16. You folks need to get a life, a job or some other interest. This woman has a history of picking men that batter her and cheat. Let her have this baby in peace, good grief. This goes for TMZ also. She won't be the first woman in Hollywood to have a "bastard" as you call it. And yes my dear, Halley certainly knows what she is. America will not let her forget what she is.....not that it should matter. She should move to Europe and raise her child there, with or without a man.....

19. I am not a fan of Halle Berry, but I must say she is a good actress and one of the most positive minded wholesome actresses in Hollywood. I have enjoyed seeing some of her movies.

20. Just because Halle is beautiful and Gabriel is a model (I don't think he's really all that cute, he's actually quite stoned faced), does not mean the baby is going to be gorgeous. I think that is unfair pressure to put on Halle's baby, especially since this is a high risk pregnancy...and just keeping it real, because it's based on medical statistics, the baby could be born with some type of deformity due to Halle's age and her diabetes. I'm of course hoping for a healthy baby AND a healthy Halle, but this is high risk. In fact a doctor commented that 20% of women in Halle's position (older, first time moms, with diabetes) have died from pregnancy. I'm sure Halle knew this, but this is a bit much.

21. MediaTakeout is a hit or miss, they've been valid on some things. Even TMZ has referenced them before. Do I think Gabriel is cheating? It's not unlikely, people do cheat - especially in bi-coastal situations -- and him being so quiet scares me actually -- he almost appears sinister. Do I think Halle and Gabriel have this fairy tale romance like the media and seemingly their publicity people are trying to say to the media - NO I DO NOT!

Think about it people! Halle told Oprah and a few others, that her main objective in her 40s was to have a baby -- NOT TO FIND TRUE LOVE AGAIN. HALLE told OPRAH that "ANY GUY she is dating around the time she's 40," she'll ask them to father HER baby. Her exact quote was "hey do you want to have a baby, I won't ask you for any money, nothing, I just want a baby."

Halle even asked Nate Berkus, Oprah's interior decorator guy backstage to help her with this GOAL of hers. Nate told the audience (after the show: OPRAH) that Halle had asked him, she told him how she and her mother adored him, and felt he would be the perfect candidate (due to his looks of course and how he is gay), Nate said Halle apparently liked the fact that he was "gay" because then he would not want to be involved as a father with the baby. Nate then told the audience he was shocked by that statement, and his exact quote to Halle was "why would I NOT want to be involved, of course I would." I think it's quite ironic how Gabriel has a similar look to Nate and is also an interior decorator hmmmm......

PEOPLE....I think Gabriel was the ONLY available dude who was willing to father Halle's baby with no REAL strings attached (such as marriage). I think that's why she dumped Michael Ealy so quickly and then got up with Gabriel. Michael has made it clear that he believes in the traditional family. So perhaps Halle wanted Michael, but he did not want the baby and no marriage thing. Gabriel seems fine without the marriage piece. Halle claims she went after Gabriel (she needed a "sperm donor" people) and that she is normally not like this (of course this is a lie, she went after David Justice by giving him her number and an autograph and then SHE WAS THE ONE TO ASK HIM TO MARRY HER)...Her cousin told me that when Halle wants something, she gets it -- PERIOD! And Halle admits in Ebony that she is controlling.

To me Halle's position is fine - not something I would do. Women apparently do this all the time -- contract to have a baby. And if you think about it, Gabriel is getting a lot out of the deal. No marriage, but GREAT publicity for his restaurant (he even had a red carpet event for it -- ACCESS HOLLYWOOD was there, BET, EXTRA, etc. -- pretty odd for someone not a mainstream celebrity to have all of this -- BUT WAIT HALLE WAS THERE hmmm........). Halle arrived separate from Gabriel to this event and she arrived with a press woman from OK Magazine and her manager. Gabriel price as a model has gone up as well apparently. And I find it odd that his agent was the first to release a statement that he and Halle were a "couple." Seems quite hollyweird to me folks. Lastly, listen to Halle's press statements, she speaks about how WONDERFUL gabriel is, and then her next statement is, BUT I WILL NEVER MARRY AGAIN! So HELLO! She obviously does not love him, nor trust him enough to marry him. To me that's quite a slap. Because at least with the Oprah/Stedman situation --Oprah did not go into the relationship telling Stedman you are not someone I would marry...that became a mutual agreement between the two.

Perhaps Halle felt this to be worth it, she got to hang out with a model and she got a baby in the end. SO IF GABRIEL IS CHEATING, it would not surprise me. Because I really don't take them seriously as a couple.

24. I dont really give a damn that Halle Berry is pregnant. The fact that she screwed this guy to have his baby is a sign that she is extremely unstable, and has emotional issues. She dont even know this dude, except that he wanted to have intercourse with her. The sad part is that another child is gonna be brought into the world by someone that dont need a child. Children are not trophies, nor are they prized possessions. Hell for all I know it could be Billy Bob Thortons baby.

She's confident and secure in herself and doesn't need validation from any of the unknown, poor, low-lifes that are trashing her on this board. She's not the first person to have a baby out of wedlock and won't be the last. She's not confused about what "race" she is. She's of the human race - which is more than what I could ever say about many of you. And, before you respond with the "this is an open forum" BS, you can KMA!

29. I guess nobody in Hollywood gets married these days. I would have loved to see the wedding before the baby ,it always make it feel like a more secure couple when you see the wedding. I saw Halle on Oprah she didn't look that happy . Cheer up Halle it's a long life.
